Why it Matters

If everyone is special, no one is. If you are trying to speak to everyone, you will end up speaking to no one.

Once you have a clear brand message and style you can use that to communicate to your ideal customer targeting what matters to them the most.

How to Use it

Refer to these ICP details whenever you are creating content or marketing materials for the specific target market. Review and update the details as often as possible to keep it relevant. At a minimum, review as a team every six months.  

Remember, the riches are in the niches! If you’re speaking to everyone, you’re speaking to no one!
