Headshots are amazing for all sorts of materials from your website to your media kit. 

If the headshots for your leadership team look “meh” then it might be time to get some better ones!

As much as I adore photographers, they aren’t always versed in how photos need to be cropped so you can use them in a bunch of different layouts and shapes. 

I put together a cheat sheet that I wish I had for my first expensive photoshoot. Give this to your photographer so they understand WHY you need extra background space in the photos.
