How you solve your target market’s pain points is your product offering.
Getting clear on your product or service offering and the priority of each item will keep you from spending too much time on new offers when you need to stay focused on your core product lines.
First and foremost, make sure everything you offer aligns with your vision. If it isn’t getting you closer to your vision, stop offering it!
For the other products or services, put them in priority order so you know where to focus your time and money.
This exercise also helps you take a realistic look at where each of your product offerings are. The earlier in the product lifecycle, the more marketing support they will need.
